How can we find out more about the professor of this class– we’re trying to identify the artists who painted the paintings of the Bois Caiman ceremony, especially the bottom two. We’d like to write about them for a thesis. Many thanks.

The bottom is Dieudonne Cedor. Not sure on the middle one. If you have access to the database ArtStor at your uni you can do a keyword search “bois caiman”. Andre Normil and Jean-Pierre also produced paintings of the ceremony. The information’s out there. Just need to do a little detective work. Good luck.
