The 23rd annual SF Silent Film Festival will be held at the Castro Theatre beginning May 30. Films to be screened include The Man Who Laughs, starring Conrad Veidt (below) who plays Cesar the Somnamblist in Robert Weine’s The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.
