Circus of Horrors
This film has it all: a vivid color palette courtesy of Eastman Kodak, the lingering trauma of WWII, a playful Swinging London vibe, plastic surgery, actual circus performances, and a sadistic and disgraced doctor of vaguely eastern European provenance.
