Watch Good Films (HUM303)

Remember to bring the essays by Eagleton, Todorov and Worthington to class on Tuesday. We’ll discuss all of these and screen a clip. In the meantime I strongly recommend that you take the time to watch some crime films. Any of the titles listed on Filmography: Cultural Periods and Styles (see top of this page) can be used in the final paper. Finally, I’ve graded passports and in-class writing (ICW). If you didn’t receive a score for your passport it’s because you didn’t include an image, as was required. Bring a complete passport on Tuesday to receive credit. If you didn’t receive a score for your ICW it’s because you didn’t put your name on it.
